EVH Striped Series - Red with Black Stripes

Best guitar I ever brought. Great sounding and very good quality.

This is my son's second one. Loves it.

Love the look, not sure it's worth the money, but I'm happy I bought it.

I love this guitar for one reason above all.... the neck. I've never played a guitar with such a perfect feeling neck before. I was skeptical regarding the "unfinished" look but wow, I would put this neck on all my guitars if I could. I've only had it for about a month so I cant really comment on durability and how it does with changes in weather. The guitar also sounds amazing. The Floyd with "d-tuna" works perfect. Some people have complained that you can't pop it down to drop d tuning without pushing down on the vibrato bar, however I have not experienced this problem. I will admit that it was more difficult when I first got it but after several uses it became easier and easier. I am thinking about swapping out the Wolfgang pickups with the Frankenstein pickup. More for just a personal preference and to do something different. I don't really have any complaints about the Wolfgangs. I would 100% buy this guitar again. I'd like to purchase a yellow and black one too.

Excellent sounding and playable guitar. Only setback being that you must add a trem stabilizer if you intend on using bar.

It wasn't the Frankie but the 5150 played great. The volume button some how keeps getting turned down while playing. Not good in the middle of a show.

This guitar is way more than I expected. I was very leary that I was just buying a name, not to mention its a Fender guitar which are not my favorite guitars. However, Eddie got his specs put on this and it sounds and plays awesome. I'll probably try to get the black & white and the bumble bee in the future. Buy it! You won't regret it!!

The beck on this EVH guitar feels amazing. Very nice to play. Basic controls which are geared towards the distorted Eddie Van Halen sound (obviously combined with an amp on a distorted channel) but I do also use it clean and using pedal for a minimal overdrive effect. The guitar feels compact although not mini. Love the red one but kind of wish I bought the black and yellow one now for a real 80’s vibe.

いつもは楽器店で新品、もしくは中古のギターを購入していますが、 偶然にもAmazonで販売しているのを発見、新品で約11万円と他店よりはるかに安い価格で購入できました。当初は偽物が来るのではなど心配していましたが無事にevh社製のギターが届きました。 ソフトケースも付属せず段ボールに直接梱包されていましたが、しっかり固定され安心しました。 これからもちょくちょくAmazonでギターチェックしようと思います。 思いもよらない価格でめぐりあえる可能性があるということを思い知らされました。
