I bought these for my morning run thinking that I could have them play the music on my phone and still hear the prompts from my Samsung Frontier watch. Well, it didn't work exactly how I wanted, but they are still a big improvement from what I was doing before. These earbuds actually stay in my ears through my whole 1 hour+ run without having to adjust them several times. It's so much better than the other ones I've been using. These may not have the best sound of all the earbuds I've tried, but they are the best ones I've had for during my workouts. One thing to know is that if the buds don't charge after you put the cush fins on, it's because you need to take the fins that are already on them off first. Also, if the sound sounds off, try changing the ear tips and twist them in your ear a bit to get them adjusted properly. Edit - After using these for almost a year, I just bought a new pair. My first pair still work great. In fact, I use these for my job doing transcription. Awesome, awesome ear buds for this price point. I wanted to update my review with some features I've discovered in this past year that I didn't even know these will do. These will actually pause the audio when you take an ear bud out of your ear, either one. I was shocked when I first realized it. I mean, I have never had any headset that would do that, let alone for under $30. Another cool thing is that the multipoint feature is more advanced that I thought. I have the buds paired to both my computer and my cell phone. If I'm working and go to take a break and listen to something on my phone, I don't even have to pause the audio on my computer or switch anything over. If I press play on my phone, it will automatically pause the audio on my computer and switch over. I am very impressed. One other thing that I want to mention is that if you feel the sound is not as loud as you think it should be, try a larger silicone tip. Usually, I need to use the smaller sizes, but I thought the buds started to feel like they might fall out. After I put the larger tips on, I noticed an improvement in the volume and the sound quality overall. The one slight drawback was that one ear bud suddenly stopped functioning at all one day, and it was going to cost more than the original purchase price to send it to the manufacturer for a warranty replacement. Luckily, I ended up randomly trying the bud again one day, and it was working like nothing ever happened.

These JBL headphones are everything I hoped for and more. The sound quality is rich, crisp, and well-balanced — perfect for music, calls, or even movies. The bass is deep without overpowering the mids and highs. They're super comfortable to wear, even for long periods, and the battery life is excellent. Bluetooth pairing is fast and stable, and the build quality feels premium. If you're looking for reliable, great-sounding headphones, you can't go wrong with JBL!

I had an initial pair of J labs that I loved and then I lost them sadly. These replacements just fit in my ear a little differently, which I don’t love. Still the audio sounds good. I just wish they fit better.

Got these for my husband as a Christmas gift to replace another pair of ear buds that he had. He fell in love with them and still uses them every day. The only problem we're starting to notice now is that it's not holding charge as much as it used to, even when it's been charging in it's case. The Bluetooth connectivity has been flawless with no issues and the ear buds are comfortable. They're simple to use and connect to your phone when you're on the go.

If I could do less stars I would. I bought these thinking they would be better than the last pair of jlab headphones i got but apparently they’re not better, they’re just as bad if not worse. Left earbud wouldn’t connect like the last pair i got. Right one just charges all day. Spend a little more and go with a different brand. These are awful

When I first got these, these worked very well. The Sound was good, they lasted long enough, no complaints. Over the course of the year I didn't really need them, so they just sat in a drawer for a while. However, when I finally did need them again I ran into a problem where the hub was no longer doing anything. The lights would come on, so I could tell it was receiving a connection, and the buds themselves still had a bit of power left, enough to tell they were still functioning. But no matter how long I left to charge, nothing was actually charging. I tried some of the suggestions mentioned in other reviews to try to restore functionality, but nothing was resulting in any progress. Not bad if you plan on using them all the time, but would have liked them to last more than a year.

The charging case stopped charging one earbud after 3 months. I went to their website to try to get them to honor the supposed 2 year warranty on all earbuds. They want me to mail it to them on my dime in order for them to inspect the product. They say they will decide what action to take after that. Why make it so complicated? Can't they just send a new set? It won't cost them much to keep a customer happy. Edit: A wonderful lady named Diana from JLab read my original review and reached out to me through email. After getting back to her and explaining the issue she had me follow a couple of easy steps to complete the warranty process via the message system here on Amazon. Within a couple of hours total she issued me a code to be able to get a free replacement of the same product I originally purchased, completely free of charge. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service she provided. She treated me with respect and just made things so easy and hassle free. Thank you so much Diana! Now my wife will be able to have the same pair of earbuds that she really loves using. They really are nice and sound great. And based on the great customer service I highly recommend JLab and their products.

Ich habe bereits diesen In Ear Kopfhörer gehabt, doch leider habe ich beim letzten Paar einen Kopfhörer durch ein Loch in der Seitentasche verloren. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Klangeinstellung für verschiedene Musikrichtungen, diese lassen sich problemlos einstellen. Ich kann diesen In Ear Kopfhörer nur weiterempfehlen.

Our son prefers these over a well known brand ear pods. He is happy with quality and they are a lot cheaper than well known brand and he feels work just as well. He’s had several pairs as he’s lost or had accidents with them and I’ve been able to get them on offer so even better value

Et le support est inexistant ! Solution : Il faut que je passe par l'application SmartThings de Knox et Google Find my Device pour faire sonner les écouteurs. L'étui, lui, ne sonne pas donc si on perd l'étui avec les écouteurs à l'intérieur on perd tout... Enfin, Les écouteurs sonnent mais de manière trop faible... - La grosse prise USB intégré à l'étui n'est pas si pratique que ça lorsque la majorité de nos appareils ont des petites prises USB-C...

They are light and comfortable. The connection to dual devices is stable!
