Great positive hydration!
Do we really need extra hydration? I do. That’s the big question today. Everybody’s bodies are different. Listen to your body! I know that after I drink a drip drop I physically feel so much better. It works for me!

tasty but expensive
These taste good and do work for dehydration, although a whole stick feels like way too much for a serving. The packaging feels wasteful. I'd rather just have a jar of one flavour powder than a bunch of individual sticks.

Electrolyte packages
I got these because I know my electrolytes are down and I have to increase them I drink a lot of water wanted something to add so that would taste better than just drinking water honestly and do not like the flavor

Delicious Flavors
These have to be my favorite flavors. I wish the pina colada flavor was a bit stronger. I also wish they sold flavors individually, though, because Acai and Passionfruit are so good!
