I have to say this product works awesome. I like the taste as well. Last week, I went to Colorado for a few days for the Great American Brewfest and took the electrolytes with me. Being that I like craft beers and hate hangovers, I figure this product would do the trick. Yes, it worked to keep me hydrated with 3 of the main ingredients: sea salt, magnesium and potassium. After sampling about 50 or so beers (who's counting), I made sure to drink the 16oz. of water with the electrolytes. The next day, no hangover! In fact, I felt good the next day and had a little more to make sure I stayed hydrated. Drinking plain water is not nearly enough when you drink, and I hate taking ibuprofen - it's bad enough I gave my liver a workout at the brewfest then Oktoberfest for the next two days with no hangover and was still able to do some pedalflow. As for fasting, this helps keep my energy up and no mineral depletion. Other than a beer connoisseur, I'm an avid gym rat and bike rider. I do lot of exercise while fasting and need electrolytes without breaking my fast especially when you sweat out all your minerals. Gatorade is crap and has sugar. I like that this product has no sugar or calories. I feel no need to try or buy anything else. Five stars from me! Totally satisfied!

Tastes really yum and came really quickly - great choice

This is our first time ordering this Orange Fizz Electrolyte Powder and we recommend trying it. It's so much more effective than other hydration drinks we've tried. It's sugar free, has zero calories per serving, and the quality of the ingredients make it something that fits our dietary and health goals. We have noticed positive results when using this supplement at various times for various reasons - first thing in the morning, before and after working out, after partying, and after being dehydrated in a warm climate. Increased focus and endurance are noticeable almost immediately after drinking the fizz. We like the flavor, light orange and a little fizzy. It does have a bit of a supplement-type flavor, but we associate the taste with feeling good so that makes it easy to drink. The powder dissolves easily when mixed. We mix 1 scoop with 8 ounces of cold filtered water and drink it immediately. We give this product FIVE STARS and will definitely re-order it from Amazon. Minimal taste (which I like) and I do think the electrolytes help with reducing headaches.

I use Genius Electrolytes at least twice a day, in the morning and evening to ensure I am well hydrated, and also during or after workouts. I realized that I was frequently dehydrated causing brain fog, digestive issues, and even a bout of Rhabdomyelisis putting me in the hospital on fluids for 4 days. Since using Genius Electrolytes I feel a noticeable improvement to my focus, energy level, and better digestion. I also wake up much easier and less groggy. The product does not contain sugar, so I will occasionally add a bit of sugar to the mix as sugar helps enhance the absorption of water and other electrolytes for hydration. I assume sugar was left out due to the massive social aversion to sugar theae days. However, it is nice that I can regulate my sugar consumption (and ratio to this product) on my own and still use this product with or without sugar. Everyones needs will differ in that regard, but if using as a recovery drink for workouts I would suggest including sugar as it aids in recovery. Overall I love this product and will continue using it as my top choice of hydration product. Many others out there dose the ingredients minimally and as cheaply as possible. Genius only includes the best quality of ingredients and in safe yet effective quantities. You definitely get what you pay for with this product, and then some.
