There aren’t many things in the world better than a sharp knife. This is a sharp knife. It’s beautifully crafted in Japan. It’s lightweight and has a comfortable grip. It’s not cheap but it’s absolutely worth the price. It’s just the right size for small tasks. it has quickly become a favorite in our household. I would absolutely recommend.

The knife has all the quality and beauty of other Miyabe knives. I had been concerned that it would be too big and awkward for paring tasks. Quite the contrary is true. It feels almost organically part of my hand in use. I find it much more precise than my European-sourced parers.
