Bought this item from Trading Star International Ltd whose service was truly impeccable - UK retailers should take note! The complete service arrived beautifully packed and all 36 pieces were completely intact despite their long journey. The quality and finish is excellent and presumably because it hasn't got a fancy retailers name on it represents great value. What puts this retailer in the "above and beyond" category is that whilst I was removing a dessert plate from the dishwasher it fell onto the tiled kitchen floor and smashed. No problem though! I contacted the retailer, asked for a replacement of one plate, offered to pay for the item but they very generously sent a replacement free of charge within three days with good wishes supplied as well. Well done and thank you Trading Star International Ltd - a shining example of looking after the customer!

Good quality and seem to be quite durable although thinner than expected. Really like them.

Belles, de qualité et très bien emballées et protégées pour le transport (ce qui me faisait le plus peur...).

Na jednym z talerzy głębokich znajduje się niedoskonałość technologiczna o ostrych krawędziach. Chwytanie talerza od spodu grozi skaleczeniem. Nie ma możliwości zareklamowania jednego talerza a należy zwrócić całość. W takim przypadku prezent na święta się nie udał.
