The quality of the product is good, but it is best suited for children rather than adults because of space constraints. The cushions are decent, though the support could have been better. Overall, a good product, but keep the size in mind before buying.

Excellent Product

The leather quality is extremely poor. I purchased this chair, and the leather got damaged in less than 10 months. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that there is no warranty on the leather. This is very disappointing considering the price. Do not waste your money—due to the poor leather quality, you may need to replace the chair within a few months of purchase.

I was ecstatic when my Da URBAN® Milford Mid Back Revolving Leatherette Chair arrived. Assembly was a breeze, and the chair felt sturdy and reliable. It provided excellent comfort during long hours spent working on various projects at my workstation. However, after five months of use, I noticed the chair began to droop backward. Upon inspection, I discovered a crack in the base frame, causing the chair to tilt. I was disheartened as I had grown quite attached to my chair. Promptly, I reached out to Da URBAN® Customer Service to explain my situation. Without hesitation, they checked the warranty status and promptly agreed to send me replacement components for the damaged parts. Within a few days of my complaint, the replacement arrived. Now, I am happily back to work, seated on the most comfortable and ergonomically suitable office chair available. Thank you, Da URBAN®!
