2. After placing the filling on the dough, press down on the filling with the bottom of the spoon to allow the dumplings to pack more.

3. Our products have sharp gears to hold the dough tightly together, so there is usually no need to apply water or egg white around the perimeter of the dough to help seal. But you can use this method to seal the thin or hard dumpling skins that have been frozen from the market.
