After a few flat tires its been great.
The bike arrived nicely packaged, nothing bent or scratched. The only issue was the nuts/bolts in the box bouncing around. After assembly I was missing the front fender nut/bolt, I found the bolt in the bottom of the box under a flap. I found the nut later when cleaning up, it was in the bag where the seat was stored stuck in the corner.I went out and bought a pump and the first ride was ok but the back tire went flat very fast. I took off the back wheel and it had a small hole on the inside, against the rim. I replaced it and had another flat soon after at the front, It may or may not have been a thorn. I replaced that tube as well and have since had no trouble. The bike has been very solid, I ride it around my neighborhood about 4 times per week. I am 6'2" tall and this is a big bike even for me. I do like the size though, it fits me very well. I have lowered the seat twice since I started riding it. The only other issue was during the inner tube change, the spokes were really loose on both wheels. I tightened up LOTS of them and some were barely screwed on.Their packaging needs a little work in regards to the loose nuts/bolts but this is a very solid fun bike. The more I ride it the more I like it.

It might be a good bike if you could ride it without it falling apart
I’ve ridden this thing 2.5 times. I’ll explain the half time there.I got it out the door the first warm day since I assembled it. There are trails here to walk or ride so I started on the sidewalk that lead to them. I got about 10 feet. The seat slammed down and broke the plastic reflector. The handle bars twisted but the wheel didn’t turn with them. I carried it home.Ride #1. After fixing the seat and handlebars I went out another day. I got to the trail, went maybe 100 yards, then the seat turned 90 degrees while I was standing to pedal up hill and I almost crashed when I sat down because I didn’t know the seat had shifted.Ride #2 today. It held up better. I got about 10 minutes of riding time. Suddenly the handlebars came loose again and the wheel in front spun around freely, nearly causing me to crash again. No amount of tightening will keep any of the bolts in this thing in place. They all slip almost immediately. The fenders rattle like crazy (just remove them), handlebars come loose with zero notice, the seat comes loose where it connects to the frame AND where the tube connects to the seat itself. If you want a death trap, by all means buy this thing

Product arrived damaged
Parts arrived damaged. Delivery box arrived damaged. Not able to removed screw to adjust handlebar. Parts like the wheel fenders seem flimsy and able to be damaged easily

My bike came damaged
My bike came with the front wheel fender broken and it constantly rubs my front tire. You can hear me coming from a mile away. This bike did not come with assembly tools, and some of the bike frame is scratched.I paid for a used bike, but I did not expect it to be damaged upon arrival.

Wife likes the bike
I would have to say that putting on the reflectors was probably the hardest part of putting it together. Easy assembly!
