Can we make Dosa/Idli batter?

It is very small for making idli batter...

Can I use this to make a Thai curry paste without adding any water?

I never made any Thai curry paste with it. But I did made Indian chutney with it and it came out good. Also I did used it for dry grinding and that too came out good. only issue I faced was while making garlic paste (with little water), the paste came out very smooth but with few garlic pieces.
