Arrived severely dented in two places and since a couple of the reviews for this product mention cosmetic damage upon arrival, I had to assume that this is a result of imroper storage and/or improper packaging. The packing materials that the fridge arrives in are standard for short-distance travel, i.e., from the store, to the car, to the kitchen....but they are not meant for long-distance shipping and the result is cosmetic damage. Once the shipping materials are more robust, then moving forward, this won't be an issue. I was contacted by a seller representative and she has been absolutely sensational in assisting me. I received a genuine note of apology from the rep, on behalf of the seller. The representative offered me a choice to replace the fridge at no cost to me or to receive a full refund. This says a great deal about the seller's high-marked level of integrity and it displays an exceptionally grand level of customer service. It's clear that the seller values each of their customers and that they stand behind the products they sell. This means more to me than I can say, considering that money is scarce these days. I can feel safe about continuing to purchase products from this specific seller - which is exactly what I'm doing today, in fact!! Thank you for everything, Nora!!! The fridge works VERY well and the space inside is surprisingly ample. The freezer compartment is large enough to accomodate a pack of chicken thighs, an ice tray, an ice pack, bone-in pork chops, AND a small container of frozen stock!! The freezer also comes equipped with adjustable temp control. The main fridge is also very, very roomy - there's a veg crisper that holds LOTS of veggies, a canned drink/bottle storage, adjustable shelves, and places for jars, cheeses, etc. The temp is always perfectly chill. There is no mechanical noise or humming, whatsoever. Absolute quiet. I was concerned about noise, too. But this is perfectly quiet. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the performance of this fridge and you will be too!! PS This fridge comes in some really amazing color choices, too!

This came very well packaged. It works really well and keeps everything cold as intended. This refrigerator makes almost no noise.

Freezer is small and instruction booklet says - will only freeze an ice cube tray. Fridge was well packed with no dents. Not as sturdy inside as my last one - but really just my beverage fridge and it serves the purpose well. Very quiet- I would certainly recommend it

It’s so cute, well designed, and works well! The light pink is very pretty. We are really happy with it and plan to have it a long time.

This little fridge is good for the price. It does make a bit of noise when the compressor runs, but honestly, it's not unbearable, it’s just a low hum. The cooling is powerful and keeps everything really cold. I was pleasantly surprised that it has a small freezer section, which is perfect for ice cream or frozen veggies. The capacity is bigger than it looks, and setup was super easy and friendly, I just plug it in. Overall, it’s a solid buy.

Got the pink one and it's so cute and an awesome color! Arrived almost perfect, it has one tiny dent in the upper back, abouth the size of a US quarter coin, not enough to worry about returning or deducting a star. Interestingly, as others mentioned, the packaging was flawless and undamaged, making me wonder if some of these damages are happening at the production and packaging stage. A couple more noteworthy points not worth deducting a star over: + It has an extremely strong chemical odor inside on arrival. Don't make my mistake and put your food 'n water in there right away. I put an open carafe of water inside to cool overnight, and the water absorbed and became tainted with a very bad taste and smell from the chemicals. Get a couple baking soda boxes (and maybe those activated carbon odor absorbers) and run it with those in there for a day or two. It might not hurt to give the interior surfaces a good damp wipe down then a dry wipe down too. + There's no light...lol. Yes I knew this going in, but it truly is dark in there with no lamp. It seems to me that adding a light couldn't add more than a few dollars to production costs, and I bet consumers would gladly pay an additional $5 if it had a light, just an LED or two would be enough. I'll probably rig up a rechargeable magnet-activated switch lamp that can activate when the door opens, but not a lot of customers will have the skills to do that. + It struggles to hold a standard height milk or water gallon jug or a Brita filter carafe. There's plenty of room, but you have to put the gallon jug or carafe onto the lowest shelf and then raise the adjustable shelf up high. On the highest shelf adjustment, it clears the jug/carafe just fine but then there's just a tiny tiny bit of space on that upper shelf. You can put the shelf on the second highest position, but then the shelf rests precisely on the jug/carafe and you have to kinda fight with it to get it in and out. The solution is just to buy smaller milk/water and a smaller Brita filter carafe, but just know this is a limitaiton. Overall am very happy and would buy again or recommend!

Such a nice little fridge. The color is beautiful and my daughter loves it for her room. It doesn’t make much noise. The only problem we’ve seen is that the tiny little freezer doesn’t freeze things solidly. And the top shelf under the freezer freezes water bottles solidly. A little backwards. But it works for what she needs it for.
