(Refurbished) Jabra Elite Active 65t Truly Wireless Bluetooth In Ear Earbuds with Mic (Copper Blue)

Picked these refurb ear buds when they were on sale for $50 and they have been perfect for the price. I don't listen to music with these. I spend a lot of my day at work on the phone, and these were purchased with the intention of using them for work phone calls. The microphone on this is great, feedback has been uniformly positive from people on the other end of calls. I can't use both ear buds when making phone calls because the noise blocking ability distorts my voice (lack of air conduction, but full bone conduction) enough that it's difficult to carry on a conversation. And given the way the ear buds function, that means it has to be the right bud. But that's a minor quibble, and this price, it is perfect for my needs.

Great sounds quality and stupid fast shipping, I was shocked how fast it showed up! Onto the bad, the left earbud doesn’t work on its own it uses the right one as a controller. Also, the left earbud will not work unless it’s put inside your ear canal as it has sensors. As for the case, I wished it had magnets like all the other manufacturers instead of just coming out For $50 this is a great pair of headphones, I don’t think any manufacturer can beat this. Future buyers, check for firmware updates as soon as you get them as they can make a huge difference in sounds quality

I purchased this as a gift but after receiving it there was no way myself or a giftee would find this acceptable. The product comes in a ziploc bag - no box. And the headphones had little white/yellow pieces of what I assume is ear wax in the little speaker grills. Wouldn't you replace or thoroughly clean that component?! The returns process was also a pain because I had to ship it back to Memphis, Tennessee. This required customs documents and additional labels for the lithium battery warnings. Very poor experience all around. I discourage buying these "renewed" or "refurbished" versions. Buy brand new instead.
