Very sturdy and works well. It won't leak if you properly make the connections. It doesn't really rain much here in Texas and human development hurt access from wildlife to water. Sadly some meet roads on their quest for water and end up as road kill. This will hopefully help a little.

Performance: The float mechanism works flawlessly, automatically refilling the bowl as needed. My animals took to it right away, and it’s been a big time-saver. Build Quality: Feels sturdy and well-made, with a good-sized bowl for multiple animals. Easy to hook up to a water line. Drawback: The only downside is that the back mounting surface is angled, so when you mount it, the bowl sits slanted downward instead of flat. It still works fine, but I wish it was designed to mount level. Bottom Line: A solid, reliable waterer that does its job well—just be prepared for a slight tilt when mounted.

This chicken watered is wonderful. No need to fill a waterer or bucket anymore. This size is big enough for other animals the size of chickens. It was a quick and easy installation process. It is stainless steel and easy to clean.

Added a splitter in the laundry room. Hooked it up. It's been running a year and a half solid. No leaks, no issues

It works, but seems to leak even if I tighten down to where the float is moving with each turn. It’s the plastic piece that just keeps leaking. Gave up after trying twice. It was so I could go on vacation without worrying my dogs didn’t have water, but now I’m more worried about my sitter coming in with my house flooded.

This water bowl was very easy to install. Great quality material. Easy for animals to use. Size is great for both large and small dogs.

I've wanted something like this for years. Previously, it was a five gallon waterer. Heavy and cumbersome to fill. Finally broke down this summer and found this inexpensive alternative. There were no instructions but it was simple to install. I did opt to use two blue Tapcons and washers rather than the included bolts. That seemed easier and I had the necessary hardware and drill on hand. Took the dogs about two days to get familiar with it. Once it started to automatically fill and that scared a Beagle. We did use chicken broth to flavor the water to entice, and that did the trick! So far so good. Adjusting the float was simple. It doesn't have a drain as others have stated, but with a good garden hose, easy enough to clean. Come winter when I shut it down I may add one, but easy enough to empty other ways. Could even add a bottom heater perhaps and use it year round?

This has been perfect for our 2 dogs to have fresh clean water. My dogs also dont think its a pool so no digging in it as its at chin height not floor! Would recommend
