I'm giving this company 5 stars for their prompt service in resolving an issue I had with this pump restarting after shutting down and then turning back on. It seems that the protection circuit is way touchy and needs higher starting amps than other pumps and has to sit off for a few minutes to reset itself if the protection circuit gets triggered. I got this pump to start how it's supposed to by setting my amps output to 8 amps, seems pretty high for a pump rated at 3 amps. The pump definetly moves the advertised amount of water and the lift is as advertised, just the power requirments at least for the individual pump I got seem to be higher than what the specs say. I also want to thank Lily at Shysky Tech for their great customer service. As for the reliability of the pump itself, I will add that at a later date.

Great longevity. It's been running daily for over 2 years. Excellent head pressure (which is what I was looking for ) - I've tested 33 ft of head on a 100 watt solar panel and found it can still move some water. I use it to pump water to a rain-barrel that sits on top of a 10ft roof and additionally to circulate a 1000 gallon pond with a small aquaponics system using a solar panel only setup. Thank you for the excellent product.

I purchased 3 of these pumps and last me a few months then all 3 stop working one by one. I try to contact the seller for warranty purpose but was ignored. What a bad customer service they are. So now I’m stuck with 3 non-working pumps and don’t know what to do with them.

I used this DC pump for a 12 V solar power system to transfer water from a free flow well to the raw tank of my purified water station. The pump was running for 6 hrs a day, 6 days a week for 2 years continuously... Great value for money. Shysky Tech customer support is superb specially Lily.
