基本的にCP-BK-3等のピークデザインキャプチャとの使用が前提ですが（三脚への装着用のアダプタも付属します）、その組み合わせは凄く便利です。エブリデイ ケース M-MC-AR-CH-1 とは、マグネット＋ストッパで装着するので、落とす心配もなく、安定性も抜群です。 お値段張りますが、iPhone世代に応じてケースが変わっても使い続けることを前提にしていることや、品質はピークデザイン品質なので納得しています。

Pricey but you get what you pay for. My phone attaches securely but detaches easily with one hand when you do want it to come off. This thing has been mounted on my dashboard and left in the hot sun for more than a year now and it still looks and works like new

I purchased the Mobile Creator Kit to bring with me for an upcoming vacation and have spent a few weeks testing out different scenarios. I'm currently using a Pixel 7 Pro with the PD Everyday Case and they work perfectly together. Once the case is placed on the kit, it connects instantly in either portrait or landscape and I'm confident it will not fall off. The Creator Kit came with all the accessories needed to work seamlessly with my tripods and selfie sticks. It also fits neatly into the side pockets of the PD Field Pouch v2 and the PD Tech Pouch making it easy to transport while I'm out and about.

It immediately gave me confidence in the brand’s attention to detail. The product itself is solid and reassuring, living up to Peak Design’s reputation for quality. In use, it performs exactly as advertised. Paired with a selfie stick, it helps achieve many “gimbal-like” shots, whether down low or up high. The magnetic locking mechanism is firm and secure, ensuring your phone won’t fall off but remains easy to detach when you need to check footage or access the phone. It’s ideal for anyone who wants quick and reliable phone mounting for video work while maintaining easy access. The Creator Kit has several strengths. It’s extremely easy to use, compatible with most photography equipment like ARCA tripods, and effortlessly supports both landscape and portrait orientations. The security of the magnetic lock is impressive, making it a practical choice for creators on the go. However, the price is on the higher side. For similar money, you could purchase a fluid head, making this a less budget-friendly option. Compared to other solutions like clips or cages, this product shines for its speed and portability. It’s perfect for casual iPhone videographers and experimentation, and it’s even handy in an office setting. However, if you need a full “rig” setup with lights, cameras, and batteries, this might not meet your needs. Overall, the Peak Design Mobile Creator Kit is a well-designed, versatile product, but its price tag might deter some buyers. I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars for its excellent performance and usability despite the cost.

Brilliant! The slimlock device fixes the major problem with magnetic fittings in cars or on bikes. Slip. Especially as smartphones are so big and heavy these days. I use this in my car as it uses a standard mount and so finally something magnetic that my Google Pixel or iPhone doesn’t slip off or move around while driving or cycling. Great design from Peak Design who have quality matching cases too.
