I don't know what size of eggs this is ment cut, but it certainly is not normal sized/ medium eggs. possible seagull's eggs. Looks good, but thgats it. I don't think it is worth the money paid.

Doesn’t work!
Tried many different eggs many times, can’t be sharp enough. Idea good if it worked

It takes a few trial runs to get used to, but this tool really works! In fact it works like a charm. A little trivia: In German it’s called a “Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher”.

Lamentablemente no funciona correctamente.

Disappointed. This is too small for local eggs. Think the country it's from has smaller sized eggs

Hold the egg in your hand (rather than placing it in cup/on plate), works like a charm!

This is the coolest kitchen gadget I have so far. This is originally a german tool called “ Eierschalensollbruchstellenverursacher” which directly translates to "egg shell predetermined breaking point creator”. This device was invented in 1999 by the German design agency Take2 as a solution to optimizing the egg peeling process since boiled eggs are a German breakfast staple. To use it: 1. Center your egg onto your egg holder with the pointed side up 2. Pull the ball to the top of the stem 3. Place the cup atop the center of your egg 4. Release the ball twice of a clean break 5. Angle your tool to the side while taking it off TIP: *place your egg in icy cold water for 3 minutes and cure it with salt for another 2 minutes to allow the shell to separate from the egg white.* I’ve seen a lot of people on here saying they wish there were instructions or that it took them a while to learn how to use it so I thought this might be a helpful post :) happy peeling!
