These seem to be working for me
I’ve had Issues with my digestive system for a few years now, they thunk due to long covid. I am now gluten-free and dairy free and my doctor recommended a probiotic, this is the one she recommended. I have been using it for about six weeks now and it seems to be helping keep my system normal, I plan to continue to use it. I like that the caplets do not require refrigeration

Effective For IBS Problems
This particular strain of probiotic has helped my son with IBS. Reduces gas. If you order from the "21 Pelican" seller, the order is filled through Vita Cost, and they ship the probiotic with insulated packaging and cold packs to prevent overheating in transit. I appreciate that.
