This works well for me. No upset tummy or side affects. I feel much better

Tastes like a normal multivitimin, smells like one also. Size of the pill is about the average size of most other pills. Other than that, I took them as directed. Didn't notice any crazy differences tbh, just felt healthier knowing that I was supplementing like I was supposed to haha
