Very impressive Bayonet. I have ordered 2 other bayonets over the years that claimed to be able to fit a standard milspec AR15 and they failed to do so. This fit every AR I've tried it on. My S&W M&P Sport with it's Milspec barrel took this blade perfectly. I had doubt about ordering this bayonet, based on a few negative comments. I can say this, the blade is well made. It seems to be a milspec bayonet. Yes it is full tang, secured by a take down hex lug at top. Blade is thick. Handle material is solid feeling and seems well made. All the components are of a good quality steel. Blade came sharp and oiled. Sheath is Awesome and also seems to be of milspec quality. Alice Clip separatable harness. Sharpening stone insert was lose but negligible. Small removable pouch would hold a .45 double stack mag easily or two reg 1911 mage. Overall. This is an excellent quality bayonet for the money. Fits the average milspec AR. Sturdy construction. Full Tang. Good handle material. Not a cheap knock off. Well made and serves its purpose. A+ Deal. Shipped fast too. Very happy with this purchase. Seller is swift.

The review you should read
First thing first. This is a $40 knife. It is not a Mil-spec M9. I bought this to put on a Springfield Armory Saint Victor AR 15. I will list the Pro's first. Value for money is pretty darn good. The product came packaged well and arrived on time. The blade comes oiled and is extremely sharp, I literally shaved the hair off my arm easily. The Blade is of good quality stainless steel. The Handle is a polymer/plastic and has a fairly good grip to it. The scabbard seems to be quite adequate for its intended purpose, I do expect it to hold up well under normal use. The snaps (on the scabbard) on the one I received are in good order and I found no defects in the workmanship. The sharpening stone is built into the scabbard. All you folks who are looking in the small pouch will not find a stone in there. The wire cutter is a nice feature and works well. The screwdriver tip is also a handy feature to have as well (I did not try the screwdriver). The bayonet will fit over a standard A2 Flash cover, if your rifle is 4-3/4" to 5-1/8" from the rings on the A2 to the bayonet lug attachment it will fit regardless of overall barrel length. Some have indicated that it will not work on a 16" carbine. That is simply not true. Those measurements will be the same even if you were to purchase an OKC bayonet at $250-$300. If your rifle does not meet the above criteria then you will need to purchase a bayonet lug extender. Now on to the Cons. In the description it names the country of origin as USA. This is not true (I try to purchase American made at all costs). This is made in China. The Lug attachment on the bayonet would not lock into place, the machining was a little tight. In another review someone had mentioned to loosen the Allen bolt on the base of the bayonet and that worked for him. I removed the Allen bolt completely them removed the lug adapter put it in a vice and filled down the rough/sharp edges and then reinstalled the attachment lug. This took all of 10-15 minutes to complete. I am now happy to report that it slips on and off as well as my OKC M9. Now most of us are not going to be going into battle (at least let's hope not). If you feel that you need to depend on this knife for your life then maybe you should look elsewhere. The way I am looking at this bayonet is that it is a pretty good replica at a fair price. I would recommend this bayonet for the enthusiast that wants the menacing look of a knife tied onto the end of their weapon.

Good investment for the price
I like it, pretty cool add to my collection. Overall impressed with the scabbard, it has unique features including the sharpening stone on the back of it underneath the strap and not in the pouch. I'm not clear on how the tool on it is a wire cutter yet but I'll find out. However, it does not fit over my muzzle breaks on my AR simply because it's a newer modeled rifle but my bore it some.

Not the best but it works
It works as a bayonet. I had to take a Dremel to the barrel slot only because the hole was too small, like half of a millimeter too small. My case comes with all the attachments expected, except my sharpening stone was missing. I did not test it's sharpness, though the blade does feel sharp. I am using the Geissele Super Stabby picatinny mount and it does wiggle a little, not at the slot I Dremelled but at the base where the clip is (meaning it could be either the blade or the mount at fault). The wire cutter does not quite fully close, see picture. 440 Stainless, I will update if that's false. For sure, there are better bayonets out there and this one can use some improvements. Other than all the flaws I mentioned, I am satisfied with it.

Hole to little. Usually my problem! š¤£
Would not fit over the end of the barrel of any of my rifles. Used a cone easily to try and widen hole and medal exploded because of cheap quality!

More than what I expected
This is actually quite a nice knife. It came well packaged, blade was oiled. The reviews said it never came with a stone but, actually the sharpening stone is built into the sheath. The sheath is sturdy and seems durable. Sheath works well with Molle system. The bayonet attachment is snug and works well. I purchased this for my ābug outā bag and so far, not disappointed at all.

This M9 tactical bayonet arrived extra early! I was very impressed with the quality of the bayonet and the sheath. All parts were there; including the sharpening stone. Good price, perfect item, lightning fast processing and shipping, what do I say.... perfect experience!
