Elbow Ice Sleeve

I'm a large-framed man and due to some moderate arthritis, I have many ice packs for my various parts. They are all adequate but all have had their flaws (too bulky, too small, etc.). This is the first ice pack I've purchased that is (in my subjective opinion), flawless. Good construction, good but not extreme compression, stays very cold for an appropriate time (20m+). I'm 6'3 260lbs and lift weights 3x a week and the large fits my arm perfectly. I had previously cut the sleeves off an old sweatshirt to use as a barrier between my skin and my ice packs, and they work perfectly with this one. Without the severed sleeve it's bearable but VERY cold, the sleeve gives me just enough protection that I can wear it for 20m+ with no issues at all. Will be looking at ComfiTECH for all of my future ice pack needs.

This ice pack wrap has been a game changer for my knee pain. It freezes quickly, stays cold for a long time, and the compression design keeps it snug without slipping—so I can still move around while icing. The material is soft and flexible even straight out of the freezer, which makes it so much more comfortable than a traditional ice pack. I’ve also used it on my elbow and forearm and it worked great there too. Highly recommend for anyone recovering from tennis elbow or general soreness.

This elbow wrap stays cool and provides excellent support for a sore elbow. It’s very comfortable and feels better than any others I’ve tried. The only downside is that after several uses, the fabric begins to stretch and doesn’t stay in place quite as well. Even so, it’s worth the cost for the comfort and relief, and I’ll be ordering a replacement since others on the market just don’t compare.

It is very soft and comfortable. It folds down easily so it is just on my elbow area (instead of most of my arm -- which isn't needed). It is pretty cold when I first put it on, so I sometimes put a paper towel between my arm and the band. I use it 2 or 3 times a day for my golfers elbow. It is flexible enough that I can still do daily activities while it is on (good mobility). Definitely a good value for the money.

I was seeking relief from tennis elbow (tendinitis), and the Comfitech is helping me a lot with the pain. As others have noted, the cold lasts about 20+ minutes, which is the time I've seen recommended. I then leave this sleeve in place for up to a few hours as a support. I have had skin sensitivity on my arms, such as to neoprene and latex, but the Comfitech hasn't caused any significant issues so far. I also don't notice any smell from whatever this product is constructed. I followed the advice to select a size down, meaning "medium", because I wanted a more snug fit and figured there might be some stretching. The Medium size was a good choice for me. Overall I am pleased and satisfied with the comfort, fit, and effectiveness of the Comfitech cold sleeve.

it doesn't stay cold for long. that's true, and it's a major design point off. the size was good, however, and it allows you to ice the difficult areas around the elbow and maintain mobility. it's expensive, for what it is, and because it doesn't stay cold very long you're gonna want more than one to switch them out. They don't smell, they're lightweight, and they're reasonably comfortable on bare skin.

Works as expected, might need to wear a long sleeve shirt, as it is pretty cold on the affected area.

I have tendinitis in my arms. This really helps my pain. I put it on first thing in the morning on my more painful arm, once my arm is really cold, I switch it to my other arm. Easy to slip on. It’s a little loose on me compared to another brand I’ve tried. But it stays on fine.

It does what it says though. But product seems old and no manufacturer details nor date of manufacture. Cold stays only for 10 mins though but quickly cools again when kept in freezer

These arm sleeves are awesome! They are really comfortable to wear and have made a big difference in my arm pain. I love how soft they are sliding on and off. I keep them in the freezer in their original packaging to keep them clean and ready to go again as often as needed. The gel stays cold for about 15 minutes which is all I need so I don't cause more damage to my injured arms.

Good for icing but will not provide releif in pain.
