Defective Product Under Warranty – Repair or Replacement Required
I bought this product in April 2025, and it stopped working a few months ago. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that they are not responsible for products purchased via Amazon. However, the product is still under warranty, and I am entitled to service regardless of the purchase platform. I request that the watch be repaired or replaced as per the warranty terms. Please provide a resolution at the earliest.
