A godsend for THE IBS and low FODMAP population
These are just the best. For those of us who need gut-friendly products, manufactured with high standards and rigid adherence to low FODMAP and IBS guidelines, these are a godsend. It’s a great company, with many important good products tailored to the IBS and low FODMAP population. And they are delicious. Four favors - all good.

Tastes delicious
It was nice to find a product I can eat with no worries how my tummy would feel. Taste is delicious and is the perfect mid afternoon snack or even in the evening with a cup of tea. Satisfies my sweet craving! Highly recommend

Great bar
Tastes great and the nuts are not as hard as other bars that contain nuts. Perfect with tea or coffee or just a snack during the day. I love it.

Good low food map bar
If you are looking for a low fodmap bar this should be good for you. Bar tastes good and has a lot of nuts. However as far as a regular energy bar goes I am not a fan of the brown rice syrup sweetener.

This tasty snack bar contains almonds and coconut and is lactose free and gluten free. As I have IBS and lactose issues, I was delighted to find this snack bar that I can tolerate. Everything that I have tried with the Fody brand has been well tolerated. I will definitely order a box of 15 bars again. Flavourful and good value for the price.

I tried these for the first time and I think they are delicious! It is a bit pricey on "Amazon" but if you enjoy your granola bars to be light and chewy with some texture, then I would highly recommend these :)

I received an expired product. I ordered this March 5 2026 and it expired November 20 2025. I'm not eligible for a refund.
