I chose to use these cards differently to the intended and advertised use. But I guess that is the point of nfc.As they are waterproof and you can rewrite the contents, I used them to record seedlings and plants in the garden. It is so simple. I write the card content on my nfc app on my phone, tap the nfc card and done. I then place the card in a seed tray or by the specific plant, scan with the phone and I know what is what.When I'm done with the card, I simply clear the contents of it and reuse it. It is a very clean way of ensuring you know what's what in your garden and I don't have to keep buying new seed/plant labels anymore. I also include a nice link to a website listing the plant and its care requirements.For me this is absolutely brilliant.

These are packaged in a somewhat strange manner (in pockets of some 5 and some 4) but were all present and correct. I bought them as a substitute for Amiibo and combined with an android phone and the appropriate software, it worked a treat. I've not used all of them as yet, but the ones I have used have worked just fine.

best size to scan distance ratio I’ve found - they work as well as full credit card sized ones. quality is great, they take well to all sorts of adhesive/paint & are extremely useful for iOS Shortcuts among other things. narrow enough to fit behind a belt, or on a large watch strap, unlike the larger ones, and anything smaller is too unreliable in terms of scanning. only NFC tag I would buy from now on, no read/write issues or duds, and the price is reasonable compared to others.
