Stops mice in their tracks! Highly Recommended!!!
I'm sitting here enjoying my morning cup of coffee and there are no noises in the attic. It's silent, and it's all thanks to these amazing mouse traps. These sticky traps are really amazing. So far, in under two weeks, I have caught over a dozen mice: three in my home, eight in the attic, one shrew near the edge of the garage door, and several large spiders and beetles. These traps are so good I had to order three more packs! I'm about to order more! The key is to put a dab of peanut butter in the center of the trap, where the plastic point sticks up. The mice can't resist and have to try to get to the peanut butter. Once they put one foot on, there's no turning back! These also work as entry barriers against shrews, mice, ants, and spiders, if you have holes near your garage door. The only issue I have is getting the trap to stay put. One mouse managed to make it half way across my living room while still in the trap! Another disappeared somewhere in the attic with the trap still attached. Guess I'll have to use little ropes to tie them in place! Just for fun, I put one in the basement and noticed the peanut butter was missing and a lot of hair on one of the traps...apparently we have a mouse in the basement too. He got on the trap and was able to wriggle his way off over time. I bought three more packs of traps, and continued to put them in the attic over the course of two weeks. So far I have caught at least a dozen mice. I had no idea there were so many up there. Yes, it's a bit inhumane, because they struggle to get out (and if you don't check the traps frequently, they can actually wriggle their way out of the glue leaving a bunch of mouse hair behind!) but nothing else would work to eliminate our mouse problem. One mouse, when he saw me, actually gave out a little squeal and seemed to give out a little sigh and relax his entire body as if he was saying, "Oh crap! The human is here. I've been trying to get out of this trap all night and now I'm surely toast." I made sure he was stuck a bit better by mashing him into another trap with a caught mouse (effectively making a mouse sandwich) before throwing them both into the trash. Last winter we had mice scratching their ears in the attic above our heads, and no amount of banging on the ceiling would get them to stop. Now it is dead silent. I'm looking forward to a peaceful winter... Overall I highly recommend these traps over standard or electronic mouse traps. They have brought me a lot of peace of mind and ... quiet!

They Work Well
I hav been blessed. I’ve only had mice once or twice in all the years I’ve lived in my home. I’ve been here for almost 36 years. The last time there was a mouse in my house was over a decade ago and luckily there was only one. In the past my husband would pick up some spring traps and he would Sal with it when they were caught. Unfortunately I have had the biggest infestation I’ve experienced in the last 36 years. To make matters worse they were in my bedroom, I was really surpris d by this because I have 2 dogs that are in my room all the time. My family has 2 cats. I guess despite the fact that my dogs are little barks butt’s they were less scary then the cats. A little over a month ago I had been in the kitchen make my dinne. Wh n I went into my bedroom I was shocked to find a dead mouse on my floor. I don’t know if one of the cats had killed it or my dog, but I’m guessing it was my daughter’s cat Kiki. Our other cat doesn’t venture out of my daughter’s room much. He’s to afraid of the dogs: My fist thought was not fit to express here as it consisted of a few bad words. I started thinking maybe it was just the one because I hadn’t seen signs of others. Then I heard something noisy in my closet that sounded like something falling. It was followed by the squeaks of the rodent it was. They really give me the heebie-jeebies. I would say they scare me to death, but it’s more a case of they freak me out. I don’t know what I was going to do. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to set the spring traps. I have a central nervous system disorder that causes a lot of shaking, especially in my hands. I really didn’t think I would be able to set a trap without snapping my own fingers. I know there are a lot of people who find sticky traps inhumane, but they were uninvited guests in my home and I wasn’t about to catch them and let them outside so they could get back in my house. I don’t drive and I’m in a wheelchair I wouldn’t be able to have taken. I’m very far anyway. The sticky traps arrived and I was really happy with how affordable they were. I was a little worried that they wouldn’t be sticky enough because they were one of the cheaper packs that I had came across but happily they worked very well. I placed them around my room in areas that my dogs couldn’t get to with a little smear of peanut butter. I put them out not long before I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning, I could hear the sounds of some heavy squeaking. One of the traps had two mice stuck to it one looked to be fully grown, and the other was about half it size. My next thought was a hack. How am I gonna get it up without touching them but I have a grabber that makes it easier for people who have physical limitations to get things. I know this may sound cruel, but I put them in a bucket of water. I just felt like it was the easiest thing and less cruel than to leave them, stuck and fighting to get off because they were really tearing their legs apart trying to get free. I had to be painful. So far counting the one the cat or dogs got they’ve been five. I still have sticky traps out, but I haven’t called any in close till week so fingers crossed and prayers to God maybe that’s all of them only time will tell. Honestly, I’m happy with my decision to go with the sticky traps. It was safer for me. I wasn’t comfortable putting out poison because of the cats and the dogs. People can talk about humane ways to die and in my opinion there is no human way. No matter how you look at it death is not pleasant. It doesn’t matter if you’re talking about a small rate like a mouse or a fully grind human being. Not only do mice bring up health concerns they can do a great deal of damage. Mice breed rapidly and the traps are effective.

Works well!!
Worked well. Right away. Got 4 mice caught. This was the first. Of course you have to seal the port of entry but after that these are a great option !

Effective Mouse Control
As a homeowner with occasional mouse invasions, I tried the Tomcat Glue Traps Mouse Size with Eugenol for Enhanced Stickiness. With the promise of enhanced effectiveness and a humane approach to pest control, these glue traps caught my attention. In this review, I'll share my experience with these traps and their impact on my mouse problem. Enhanced Stickiness with Eugenol: The inclusion of eugenol in these glue traps is a notable feature. This enhanced stickiness ensures that once a mouse comes into contact with the web, it stays firmly in place. The eugenol scent also serves as an attractant, luring mice toward the net. This combination of enhanced stickiness and an enticing aroma makes these traps more effective at capturing mice. User-Friendly Design: The Tomcat Glue Traps are easy to set up and use. Peel off the protective cover and place the trap in areas where mouse activity is observed. The foldable design allows the web to be flat or folded into a tunnel shape for added concealment. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt the traps to various spaces. Humane Pest Control: I appreciate that these glue traps offer a humane approach to pest control. While glue traps may raise ethical concerns, the eugenol-enhanced stickiness ensures that mice are caught quickly, minimizing their distress. This feature aligns with my preference for humane pest management methods. Effective Capture: The traps proved to be effective in capturing mice. Over a few days, I noticed multiple mice caught in the lures. The enhanced stickiness prevented escape attempts, ensuring the pests were securely trapped until disposal. Disposal Considerations: While the traps are effective, disposal can be challenging. Removing the trapped mice requires care to avoid direct contact. Additionally, some users might find the process uncomfortable due to ethical considerations. Non-Toxic Solution: The Tomcat Glue Traps provide a non-toxic solution to dealing with mice. Unlike traditional rodenticides, these traps don't involve harmful chemicals, making them safer, especially in households with pets or children. Conclusion: The Tomcat Glue Traps Mouse Size with Eugenol for Enhanced Stickiness offers a practical and humane approach to mouse control. Including eugenol for enhanced stickiness, user-friendly design, humane pest control principles, and non-toxic solution makes these traps a solid choice for addressing occasional mouse infestations. While the disposal process and ethical considerations should be considered, these traps provide a valuable tool for managing unwanted rodent guests responsibly and effectively.

Does the job and is low profile
This trap caught 2nd to most mice. Due to their low profile they would some space better then other traps. The only I don't like is that they alive unless you let them star e

We had an good ratio amount of small rats caught with these traps... big ones escape!
So.... embarrassing enough we found out we have rats due to my neighbor demolitioning his home causing the rats from his home to relocate to our home (frustration at its finest)... I had originally bought 2 and after catching one medium size 4” rat the first night so I came back to amazon and bought 5 more sets!! At this point I’ve set up all 12 of them.... here is my take on this brand rat trap! First of all..... this trap will work depending on the size of your rats. Small baby size yes it will catch no problem. I’d say up to 3.5-4” rats cannot come off.... but there was one night we heard a Big Bang and Ran to investigate and much to our surprise there was a 5-6” rat on the trap we thought for sure we got it. As we were scrambling to get a trash bag and stick to push it in.... the rat went into survival mode and literally pulled itself off the trap by using its front teeth to grab onto a nearby rod from the bird cage... it pulled and wiggled then it was gone!! We were so mad!!!!!! And frustrated!!! We then decided to put traps side by side in hopes it will not get away the next time!! Nope each night we found that the rat was getting off.... sometimes taking the trap with it and we would have to do on a hunt to look for it!! All that was left was rat furr!! These are not big enough for adult rats. In my opinion!! In total we caught 6 small size rats so it’s a 50/50 experience with us. But... I will say this.... these rat traps are 5xs stronger than the ones in Walmart... the ones in Walmart are not even strong enough for baby size rats!! So avoid those. I would say if you have only mice then this would be more than enough adhesive strength. If you have rats that are bigger than 4” go with snapper traps or call an exterminator!! We went with the exterminator option!!! He did check out these sticky traps and said it’s very gooey and good but he wouldn’t recommend for Rat adults cause they don’t give up! Unless you see it happen there is a chance they will get off if you’re not quick enough!! We learned that the hard way!! My small dog also learned the hard way by getting stuck to one of them after we told her to stay away.... it took lots of baby oil to get the residue of her long hair, we even had to shave her as a result lol... her fault! Anyway I still would say these are good cause I do know they work but like I said it works for smaller size rats.... I don’t have the stomach to handle the snapper traps which is why I chose these sticky ones.... but in the end called an exterminator who treated our home and so far so good... we have not caught any rats or found any missing traps which is a good sign!! So please Keep in mind.... if you have large rats these MAY not work... although you may be faster then us and actually get them before they escape Hope this was helpful

Great for catching a bunch of mice!
I've used this item before to catch mice in a rat sticky trap. But I've never caught 4 adult mice in a single trap before. Heck, I didn't even know that I had 4 adult (looking) mice in my house. I have caught 1 mama mouse and her 7 babies, which made me sad. I've caught at least 3 babies alone in this kind of rat trap. Overall get a dog or cat, they are best at keeping the mice away imo. This trap is easy to setup. Open the package and split them part. Place down in a high traffic area for them mice and wait. You won't wait long and you'll hear them squek loudly when they get stuck. After you feel like you caught all the mice, toss into the trashcan by the end of day. Do not keep the trap up after a day of a dead mouse unless you like the smell of the rotting carcass in your home. Okay some downsides or precautions at it were. DO NOT step on the trap. Barefooted best op, in shoes nope! Once you step in the trap and get your shoe out of it, where ever you step or that person who stepped into the trap without looking will leave a bunch of sticky residue on your floor for the next two steps. RIP your floor. Warn people about the trap. Yes, you'll have to use certain techniques to get the glue off your floor. It's like you have a second trap outside of the actual trap that you didn't plan for and yes, everything will stick to it. Dust, bugs, paper, just to name a few. If you have pets. Do not let them get near it, heck, do not have them in the same room! If you have small birds like I do, do not let them out until the you got the mice and remove the trap. I've never had my bird outside or trapped in this trap. But if it did happen, hello emergency vet and I would probably have a dead pet bird. Also if you don't like hearing the sounds of the trapped mice struggling to get out or seeing baby mice stuck, then do not get this trap. Imo, it's better than poison traps and catch and release is not an option. I'm not going to spread diease around in a different habitat by catching and release mice or poisoning other animals that eat mice. I've never used on a rat, I had one and got the terminatiors out for that. I live near a park and that's where these little f***** mice come from. Pro(s): Very sticky. Captures a lot of mice. Easy to use. Good value. No smell. Con(s): Do not use with pet(s) around.
