Received used damaged equipment
Piece of junk. The power supply was in a ziplock bag and the end was broken off. The board case is melted so pretty sure the board is junk as well. Also pretty sure I did not order used damaged parts.

A kit is only as good as its parts
Overall I am happy with my purchase, but I did have some headaches. The kit was efficiently packaged, and contained all I thought I would need to get started. I was a bit unsure how to screw in the fan as it appears to just slot into place, and no manual was provided. After constructing the kit, flashing my OS onto the SD card, and powering the device, I was given an SD card related error. After some research, it appears cheap and error-prone SD cards are common with Raspberry Pi kits purchased online. So, I tried to use a different SD card that I happened to have previously, repeated the same exact process, and the OS booted without error. Clearly, I was sent a broken SD card. I'm fortunate to have already had a working SD card, otherwise I would have had to make another purchase. For that reason alone, I will have to leave a low star review.

The kit was complete, except that there were no instructions included. There was a package of hardware that wouldn't fit any application or assembly. Fortuanately this is not my first Rapberry Pi 4, so that I was able to put it together and get it operating. A first time user would likely be completely frustrated. Does the fan go logo side up, logo side down? What pins on the GPIO header does the fan connect to? How do you install the OS to the Micro SD card? Yes, this information can be found online using Google search. This is sold as a kit which means they expect the buyer to complete the unit so some simple directions would certainly be helpful. UPDATE - returning both the 4GB kit and th 8GB kit. Ethernet port on both were defectiive. Wifi okay, but not suitable for my applications which require wired connections.
