These are really good quality key boxes, I highly recommend.

I ordered this product to use for looking up company vehicle keys. It seemed very user friendly and fit in the space we have available for a wall-mounted lockbox. When the box arrived, It looked great and I was excited to get it set up, programmed and ready for use. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the app (available for Apple/Android, and you must have the app installed on your phone, tablet, etc to program the lock). I have a Motorola One 5G UW. 1. The app downloaded without any issue, but when I opened it, the login/register screen did nothing - couldn't put in my phone number, couldn't put in an email address. 2. I uninstalled and installed the app again - had the same issue. 3. I uninstalled and installed the app again - this time the login/register screen would let me put in my phone number and/or email address, but it would not send me a registration text/email. The Country code was stuck on +86 (China), and the "country screen" was blank so I could not change the country to correct the phone number registration. 3a. I reached out to Amazon tech support, and they tried to walk me through the process again. We uninstalled/installed the app again and had the same issue. 3b. I then contacted the manufacturer support via Amazon, and they emailed me back within a few hours trying to figure out the issue. We communicated a few times to make sure I was following the instructions from the lockbox (QR code directions, manual, video and adding the lockbox to your profile). 4. The next day, I uninstalled and installed the app again. This time everything worked just fine. I have no idea what caused the issue, but once the app worked correctly on my device the setup was fast and easy.

Durable key box. We use it for our winter home so we don't have to carry keys back and forth from our main residence.

Bad app, and the number 8 on the keypad doesn’t work. The app has terrible English translation so it’s very confusing to use. You have to figure a lot of stuff out, it’s very annoying to use. Plus, the number 8 on the keypad is broken. Piece of crap.

Works well as expected.

sometimes Bluetooth does not respond (you know like when your trying to show off and it does not work) other then that it's great. note- an improvement would be if the door is shut it would be locked we would not have to wonder if the knob was turned to secure it (just a thought)

It worked very well and easy to use. But here is my suggestion. Currently, you need to close the door and turn the knob to the left to lock the unit. You need to change the design to lock it as soon as the door is closed.

This is a great product. The app works. The one time password works even though it’s not a wifi device so have no clue how they figured out that one. Had someone lock themselves out so gave them one time password from 50km away and watched on camera to ensure they only opened their door and returned. Extremely good value.

The unit came damaged and had to be returned

We purchased this digital key safe that operated on batteries. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a mission to have it all setup correctly, needed to create accounts online, it wasn’t as simple as expected. On top of that, it failed within just three weeks due to constant battery drainage and ended up needing the emergency key override almost every time. This unit was returned to Amazon for a full refund and we purchased a mechanical Kidde key safe instead—definitely a better and reliable solution.
