Surprisingly good. Flavor not too strong. Sweet yet seemed kinda healthy!

I took a tour through England and was introduced to these barley sugar drops. Yum! They have a nice flavor that is great for a hard candy. I am glad I can buy them here.

My favorite. I have been getting these for thirty years ...from my first trip to Britain.

I liked that they were in a well sealed tin to keep them fresh. As for the taste, I think my taste buds aren't what they used to be because they "seemed" a little bland. Last time we were in England, stuck at Heathrow because of a delay of eight hours (!) I spent all the English money I had left buying Barley Sugar candy -- about 10 packages. I can't really complain about Simpkins. Would recommend.

Wanted to try this after watching the series “Call The Midwife”. We really like them, kind of tastes like mild version of a butterscotch candy. Not too sweet, perfect for any candy lover.

TBH I as a little disappointed that these candies don't taste like the ones I remember as a child. They were still a tasty snack though.

This amazing little drop assists when you may be feeling a bit "ify', I had read Queen Elizabeth always had these at hand whenever she traveled. So, in my opinion, if it's reliable enough for the Queen I think it's reliable for me!!
