Greeting Card Organizer with Dividers

This organizer is very nice. It is a nice size to hold various sizes of greeting cards. I have a good amount of cards so I filled this to the max with some cards left over. I did not want to get two of them as I really do not use cards as much. I just wanted a place for the cards I have so that they stay neat and I can use them until they are gone and then I will re-purpose the organizer for something else. The dividers have a place to label which is nice as well. I may just put a chalkboard label so that I can change it as I need to.

This is just what ibwas looking for. I always keep greeting cards on hand and they were messy. The container is sturdy, but had a tough time lining up the lid to close and tough to latch the closure. In my personal opinion I think it is a little on the high side for the price, but it was what I needed and wanted. I wanted dividers and a clear container and this product answered those needs.

Although a greeting card organizer is a great idea, more attention needs to be paid to size, storage capacity, sturdiness and durability. Unit does not hold as many card as advertised. Don't think the makers took accompanying envelopes into consideration. Not much space in between dividers for much card storage. The grooves on the sides and bottom of unit is supposed to keep the dividers steady, but they do not. Since the space is so cramped there's no way you can put a card in or retrieve a card out without knocking an adjacent divider off track. Very frustrating. Unit also needs to be deeper in scale, so more greeting cards can be stored. Also it would be nice if pre-printed labels for the dividers were included so customers can easily identify the types of cards in the various sections.

I really needed a way to store greeting cards, and this was a bit more expensive than I hoped, but it is working for now. PROS: sturdy, can see contents, dividers; wide enough for larger cards and will fit the long envelopes CONS: no handle on lid; dividers aren't well designed if you need some sections to be larger than others; Overall this was not as flexible an organizational system for my cards as I would wish, and I didn't feel it offered value for the cost. Ultimately I think that I could have upcycled a shoebox (or something similar) and it might have ended up being more functional for my needs. With that being said, I recognize that this may work well for others. Make sure you take note of the measurements.

Besides holding many 5.5"x8.5" cards (and their pieces for assembly, if you are a card-maker, as I am), I like the fact that it is perfect for storing the 5"x7" plastic photo holder .( I store scrapbook dies and embossing folders in them as well as photos), making this very versatile for things other than greeting cards. It holds 6 of the photo boxes, with room for an additional one on the side and another on top for total of 8, making this a great value. Well made and it snaps closed securely .

I try to send family & friends a card, whether it be a birthday,anniversary,special occasion, etc.... I've never had much order to my greeting cards which I buy in bulk/large quantities, until now. I can sort all my different cards by occasion and event,and also have space for extra envelopes too. I priced this item in Michael's Arts & Crafts,and they wanted almost double what I paid for on Amazon. The only setback I would say, is that the dividers have to be put in the permanent slots on the inside of the box to get them to stay, so it is a little harder to "customize" the box to your situation, otherwise a good sturdy organizer.

The box was the size I needed to hold larger cards. However, the dividers are not flexible so it was very difficult to get to the little cards. I ended up using an expandable file for the cards, but found other things to store in this box.

Good purchase. The cover closes a bit hard but with a little extra push snaps right on to close. The dividers just sit in place so sometimes come dislodged - I wish they would snap in place. Overall, it serves its purpose and I’m happy with the purchase given how much it cost. Would recommend to anyone using it casually. Only real downside for me is the dividers coming loose at times.
