Good cement/adhesive
This is a very good cement for bonding leathers or any materials to shoes, etc. Gets sticky quickly. Must work fast.

Original Barge (glue)
This is a podiatrist's friend (Original Barge) for shoe replair or gluing orthotic parts together. One hint: clean the lid rings carefully after using the Barge because leaving the old glue on will leave air gaps that cause your Barge to dry out and become useless. I don't know what to add to it to reliquify it. I would give it about a 80% grade for fixing shoe soles that are falling off; it is not a permanent solution. There is just too much lateral traction when walking. My husband's soles came back off after ~ a month. It is great for gluing relatively flat objects like orthotics. Give it a couple of minutes for it to get tacky before actually trying to stick it to something.

Sticks like baby boogers.
Used it on minicel foam to outfit my sea kayak. Took 3 days to get it off my hands. I love it.

Very strong hold
Worked great so far Make sure everything is lined up because you can’t move it once pressed together

Let it set up for a while
I almost exclusively use this on leather, but you paint it on both sides and then you let it dry for a good 15 minutes until it's not really gooey anymore and then when you put the surfaces together they're immediately tacky. The stuff is pretty great
