Q: Are these leak proof?

No I'm waterproofing mine with a little glue. Waterproof for a year but a thousand years yeah I would put a little glue on there.

Q: Is the inside of the jar completely smooth?

It's absolutely pure and perfect acrylic and just my touch smeared it the machine clean is really really perfect.

Q: Leak proof for liquid foundation?
