Our kids love to do russian twists with this medicine ball. It's adorable and just like an adult sized one but much lighter of course.

Poor Quality
Just after a few light uses, seems looked worn. Then, within 2 months, seem completely torn. Our two year old kid has hardly used this medball so we are highly disappointed in the quality.

Just a ball - lightweight
I purchased this thinking it could give my kid some heavy lifting to do. It's actually very lightweight and nothing special. I returned it.
