Jamieson B12 100 mcg (METHYLCOBALAMIN), 100 tablets

My doctor recommended Vitamin B12 because I'm 78 and older people are often deficient. This brand was recommended because of its bioavailability and the pill contains the amount it advertises. It wasn't expensive and it came on time. I don't keep it in my mouth very long so I can't comment on the flavor. It is easy to swallow if you take it with a liquid. It serves my purpose perfectly.

Not a fake product. Gotta be careful with these Amazon supplements sometimes- but this one works. If your acne prone skin is reactive to biotin/b12, just take half every other day.
