La verdad es que se ajustan muy bien y el peso es ideal. Ya también digo que pensé que el peso estaba en libras y compré mas peso de lo que quería. El peso que llega es en kilos

I am on a fitness journey and these ankles / wrist arm weights or comfortable, easy to use, I had a great workout and they are very durable. They weigh 2 lb for each wrist in the color is what I choose. I can't wait to use them more.

Ce sont de très bon poids pour muscler les jambes , même si ma femme les a utilisé 3x bien comme d'habitude, en me disant ne t'inquiète pas je vais les utilisers ( elle m'a fait la même pour le tapis de course)
