I freaking love these pillows. So comfortable. Great price point. They are firm enough but not rock solid.

I am very happy with the comfort offered by these pillows. There was too much stuffing for me at first (too firm), but it is easy to remove. It is nice that there was too much and not too little. They offer great support and seem to be quality materials. I have used these for a few months now and have been happy with them.

After they settle and fluff out? They are wonderful, great to sleep on and my back has definitely improved after the fact.

Okay, so like, I got this pillow, right? And OMG, it's the most bussin' thing ever! I'm not even capping. Before, my sleep was mid, but now? I'm sleeping like a baby, no kizzy! It's so comfy, it's like a hug for your head. 10/10 would recommend to my besties. If you don't get this pillow, you're missing out frfr.

People complained about the smells, i only noticed the typical newly bought straight from manufacturer smell, and it went away within like 2 sleeps. They cool really nicely too. Good purchase.

The firmness of the product is comfortable. Cooling factor - husband didn’t even notice but with a pillow case it’s not very cold. As my very first cooling pillow it does okay for me.

The quality is good, though one pillow was nicked when I got them. I put expensive bamboo covers over them. The issue is they were good at first, the foam was comfortable and soon after I was getting headaches and pressure buildup. My neck was hurting because they were high and not soft enough to go down with your weight of head. So you head is forced way above your shoulders causing strain. I wish I could return it. It did not work out for me.
