Not good
If you are planning to gift it to a school/college going kid then it's a fantastic product. But wouldn't suggest it for adults as it doesn't score high. Major drawback is that it doesn't have a laptop pouch which is a necessity in every bag nowadays. Also the small compartment at the end is not too deep. I can't even put my phone in it.

Upper handle cut off on the second use
I bought this bag less than 2 weeks ago, the upper handle was cut off on the second use, and the bag had gym stuff (towel, gloves, and a water bottle). The bag overall is good, it does the purpose, but I am worried about the quality. Unfortunately, Amazon says that I cannot return it anymore, and I would definitely need a replacement or a refund.
