This is a great product. I’ve been working out a lot lately and pushing myself to my limits. Before trying this I would feel sore often the day after a difficult workout. The past week I’ve been taking this I notice a significant difference. First a little about me, I’m 46 and do 10 miles on the bike a day plus strength training with a push up board, resistance bands, suspension trainer, and kettlebells. I typically spend a little less than an hour on the bike and then another 30-45 minutes strength training alternating muscle groups every other day. I drink a protein shake for breakfast every morning and drink a pre-workout about a half hour before I get on the bike (stationary). For the past week I’ve been taking one of these after my workout daily. My knees actually feel different. They recover much faster and I have less discomfort or pain than I did previously. Now to describe the product, it’s very sweet and syrupy which isn’t exactly my favorite but it’s not terrible tasting, it goes down quick, and I started noticing the difference after just a couple days. I’ll definitely get more and this is a new daily routine for me. I think these have 15 or 17 grams of protein but the important part is the type of protein. My shakes are whey protein but this is collagen which I think is also supposed to be good for bones, tendons, etc. whatever it is though, it’s given a noticeable difference for me and I’m very happy with the results.

I don’t know if it’s just in my head, but I did a leg class and I was so sore after I could barely walk and then I took two of these and I felt WAY less sore within a few minutes. Also, the flavor is really good. I don’t like that. It has sucralose in it because that is toxic to DNA but overall, I will re-purchase again because of the protein benefits! I really like this!

This product works great! I work a very labor intensive job and barely have time to eat. If I do eat, I burn off whatever I eat in an hour. Frog fuel has helped me maintain my weight and build muscle significantly. I must say I’m impressed. It did take my body some time to adjust but it also gave me energy at the same time, I even felt clear headed. My muscles were not as sore as they were before. The taste is a little bitter from the berry flavor, not too sugary but overall it’s not bad. It’s very convenient, all you do is squeeze and drink! This product can take some time to receive, so keep in mind to reorder if you’re running low.

Wish they had more flavors, the 'berry' taste is a bit chemical like, but a great product. Take it everywhere with me when I know I'm going to be training or exerting myself, even on trips. "Don't leave home without it"....... :D

Gastric Bypass patient here! Ordered two boxes of these bad boys last week. First, I just want to say I have not experienced these at room temp. They were cold when I got them and went right into the fridge. That being said, I would absolutely not take the risk of tasting these at room temp lol. The texture is....thick, like syrup. The taste is almost sickly sweet and the aftertaste is not terrible (until you've drank a few pouches) but it's definitely not the greatest. I tried to mix it with Gatorade to dilute the flavor a little, and that very much backfired. The flavor truly swallows up any other flavor you might try to combine with it. My suggestion is to just... drink it and get it over with. This product was also a bit cheaper than similar products. Overall I do recommend this product, especially for post op bariatric patients!

I used Frog Fuel to ensure I got adequate protein and lost 150 lbs. Now I’m using it to support a body weight strength training program, along with creatine and HMB-FA. It’s easy to take on the go, and it was the first medically approved protein supplement used in hospitals for burn patients, infections and other serious conditions. The packets are easy to use. And tasty.

Hands down this stuff is great!! I had a friend recommended this with the energy blend for working & recovering from long physical workdays, and it helped. - Now, I'm taking the non-energy blend because I have ligaments & tendons damaged from being hit by a car.. I was told I could potentially become paralyzed or even die from this injury because its spinal. The doctor's are in awe right now because my ligaments/tendons are healing so much quicker than expected.. I no longer need a neck brace after 1 month, when I was told I was gonna need it for 3. I'm also already in Physical Therapy when I was originally told I couldn't even do it because the injury was so severe. Also, I recommended this to a neighbor who tore a tendon in his leg recently and has been wearing a brace. I encouraged him to try this and change his diet a bit. After a month of daily use, and of course a healthier diet geared towards healing.. He told me a few days ago this Frog Fuel is absolutely incredible and he fully believes it helped him heal quicker. I believe the Collagen is a great way to heal & regenerate and the aminos are an amazing boost to help the body heal quicker as well. I'm not a doctor, but I've been to 3 Neurologists, a 2 Neurosurgeons and a Orthopedic Surgeon and all of them are in Awe in how quickly the torn and stretched ligaments have healed. *. This is not a miracle cure - but with a better diet, one geared towards healing your ailments and proper P.T. Frog Fuel is absolutely a tool to success, and I fully believe it has not only helped me, but helped others around me who have taken it.
