Poor Quality Of Book
I am not happy with the quality of Book 📚. It was used one and the other thing just 190pages same book cost me for more than 840Rs. Not worth while of money , it's better to Xerox the book than buying it.

Entenderse y tolerarse
Una muy buena perspectiva de lo que somos para entenderse mejor y mirarse desde otro enfoque. Es un libro para reflexionar y aprender sobre uno mismo.

Worth a watch if you are into personal development and want to reach a deeper understanding of yourself and what makes you tick.
There are two copies of this movie in the pack, a normal one and an interactive one, to be honest I feel I should have watched the interactive one first, a good film with a very powerful message, approaches things from a slightly different angle but it all makes sense and Debbie Ford has certainly been through it in her life. Worth a watch if you are into personal development and want to reach a deeper understanding of yourself and what makes you tick.

travail sur les émotions
excellent pour ne pas tomber dans le coté obscure de la force! trois points de vue different et convergeant sur un même sujet .

Very powerful!
I bought this DVD upon a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad I watched it because it absolutely one of the most powerful movies I have seen. The movie is very well produced and there are great interviews of famous speakers such as Deepak Chopra and Mark Hansen. The premise of the movie is that we all have shadows and what can happen when we suppress them and how we can allow it to empower us. If you are familiar at all with Debbie Ford's other books such as "Why Good People Do Bad Things", "The Dark Side of Light Chasers", etc.... then this is an absolute must buy. There are examples given of politicians, actors, etc... but it is more of an illustration of how people with strong personas can be exposed to a dark often ironic side such as Eliot Spitzer. I did not sense there was a political agenda in any of the examples but more of an illustration of how powerful our shadows can be and what can happen if we suppress them. Highly recommended!
