Great phone

So i bought the phone cause i have had my note 9+ for years, and it's been through a lot of fights with floors and concrete. Let's just put it that way, so from reading all the reviews i was really really worried and didn't even buy a case yet. Going hey if it doesn't work, i didn't waste money on a good case and i send it back. Nothing was wrong with the case, Though i did realize that the finger scanner was having issues. Why? cause there was a screen protector on it, assumingly to make sure it didn't break on the way here. Then took it off and boom was working fine, i kinda wish i saw a note about that but i didn't, or at least i didn't see it. Getting my phone company to let me use the phone, Quick. Testing all features i knew about, even faster. Smallest thing about the phone: Buttons were a little dinted but not badly I would suggest getting this phone, 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this phone in August and initially it seemed like a great deal. It was a certified refurbished phone so I did not expect it to be prefect. Shipping was fast. It was delivered in 2 days and was well packaged. I also ordered an Otterbox case for it which was delivered on the same day. I was pleasantly surprised at how great it looked... like new. Setup was super easy and worked flawlessly... until it didn't. The phone was never dropped or abused in any way and was always kept in a case. Then one day it just stopped working. The phone no longer recognized that there was a SIM card installed. I just kept getting notifications saying there was no SIM installed and could no longer make calls or send texts, etc. And was basically useless. Not a great deal. Buy from somewhere else.

It's a good phone. The screen looks weird though. It's not flush. Feels fine, works great but it looks strange. Functions 100%. Battery life is fantastic.

I just received this phone couple of days ago and I just set it up it is exactly what the seller stated it is an unlocked phone and an excellent condition and it charges to 100% very fast I had no trouble at all setting it up and downloading and installing my apps transferring my data and Technical information and my personal information the phone is very fast pictures and videos are top quality everything works great that said I don't know how others are having problems with their phones in this condition maybe they made a mistake and bought an acceptable condition one or a good condition one and in that case then they should expect some issues this is the third renewed phone I have bought from different sellers and from different websites and whenever I buy them in excellent condition they're always in excellent condition if anything goes wrong with this phone though I will be doing an update but I don't expect it to have any problems

This Samsung Galaxy S21 was a good choice. I love it. It's super good. Its charge lasts a long time. Its screen is beautiful. Its camera takes very nice photos. Thank you seller. Thank you Amazon.

Nice smartphone but it does not support double Sim Cards.. Not recommended.. 👎

So far I've been testing my Samsung galaxy 21+ for several months now and I say it's an amazing refurbished phone. At first, we bought it for my husband one month earlier than mine and his phone works amazingly the same as mine. There were some little scratches at the back, but we covered them with a phone case. The screen itself was as new, battery works fine. So far our phones work great and I recommend buying it!

Llego como detalles estéticos obvio por ser rescondicionado pero pues le puse protector y ni se ve el detalle, la pantalla también tiene detalles pero nada grave se puede utilizar y se ve super bien. Si lo piensas comprar ten en cuenta que es REACONDICIONADO no es nuevo tiene sus detalles pero me ah servido super bien me gusto mucho eso si tuve que cambiar número por que no me acepto la red Telcel pero igual AT&T esta bien. Cargador y cable GENERICOS pero sirven muy bien y nada la verdad muy bien la pila no dura mucho como un cel nuevo pero quede conforme con la compra.

El artículo me llegó en muy muy buen estado, sin rasguños ni rayones. Dos semanas usándolo y sin ningún problema. La batería me dura todo el día en un uso medianamente moderado y se carga en una hora y 15 min aproximadamente, dependiendo en que porcentaje lo empieces a cargar (yo entre el 10% y 20% lo conecto). Las cámaras muy buenas. Bonita pantalla y sonido. No he tenido problemas con la red (soy telcel). Considerando qué pague $4,500.00 por el, más el cargador y fundas (qué no vienen incluidas) otros $500. Son un total de 5,000 pesos ($260. 00 dólares aprox). Considero que es una buena compra para tenerlo 2 añitos

Totalmente compatible con Telcel de México, viene desbloqueado, sin apps de ninguna operadora y es la versión estadounidense que trae el procesador Snapdragon 888 a 2.84 Ghz. 8 núcleos, 8 Gb de Ram y 128 Gb de almacenamiento (SAMSUNG Galaxy S21+ Plus G996U 5G). Me llegó con un cargador original de 25W y un cable tipo C, permitiendo realizar su carga total en 1h con 15 min. Visual y operativamente parece nuevo, impecable, super rápido. La batería de 4,800 mAh le dura todo 1 día sin ningún problema (desde las 10am hasta las 3am día siguiente). Las cámaras son una delicia y el sonido de sus altavoces es de lo mejor. El lector de huellas mejoró bastante con respecto a modelos anteriores, es muy preciso y rápido. Es la primera vez que adquiero un celular reacondicionado en Amazon y estoy muy satisfecho y feliz. La relación calidad precio es de lo mejor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

el producto se supone era de condición buena, al abrirlo me doy cuenta de que viene muy rayado y la tapa del celular un poco abierta. lo vuelvo a empacar como estaba y empecé el proceso de devolución de mi dinero.

Los primeros meses creí haber hecho una excelente compra, todo iba bien hasta que me di cuenta que el equipo no actualiza el software, al intentarlo sale una leyenda que menciona que el software no es compatible, tiene algún tipo de parche para no actualizarse nunca. Además de eso a los meses comenzó a aparecer una raya verde en la pantalla que aparecía y se le quitaba, ahora ya se quedó fija, cabe señalar que no se me ha caído nunca. Compré reacondicionado excelente y no me convenció, me falló pronto
