My favorites
I've been wearing an older version of these for years; that's how long they've held up (I always hang them to dry). It may have been an original version when boy-short panties came into vogue. That version had a narrow band of lace at both the waist and leg openings. I'm still using them, though the edge of the fabric to which the lace is stitched at the waist ravels a bit over time (from washing I assume) so I've cut off threads periodically. These obviously won't have that issue since there is no open fabric edge. This style from Maidenform never shoes panty lines and is extremely comfortable. I love the texture of the stretchy fabric. It feels positively luxurious ---and looks that way too. And it makes it easy to glide on any kind of pants or tights without making them ride up. With the lace trimmed style, sometimes under my running tights I have to smooth out that lace on the thighs (in the front) because it can roll up. That's kind of moot point, however, since Maidenform doesn't seem to make that style anymore. I also ordered a pair of these with a broad band of lace at the waist (only) and that is not an issue in case you want lace trim.

Very nice
I have a 32" waist, 37" hips, and weigh 145#. I normally wear a L/7. Maidenform's chart only goes down to small and says they are for waist size 36-37. Not a chance. I bought the large and they fit perfect. These are very comfortable. I have worn them while being active. They wick and moisture evaporates quickly. The sides are about 7 1/2" so they sit low, but not too low. They are just right that they should never pop out above your jeans. There is no "leg" to speak of on these. Many boyshorts have one to two inches of leg on them. These do not. I prefer 1/2-1" because I feel it keeps them in place better, but these still feel great. I will buy more.

Very nice. Slight ride up. Works great for males.
These are very comfortable for the most part. They tend to ride up slightly at the front along the lower edge. Not a huge deal but just enough to know that they are doing it. Other than that they are pretty great. For the males out there, these work really well. They can easily be used as stealth panties. There is plenty of material for everything. I wish the fabric was thicker but it does hold well throughout the day. The material is soft with a slight sheen. Not satiny but more of a microfiber. These fit much better than my microfiber calvin kleins. Those constantly rode up which is why I am switching to these until I find something even better. I have a 32 inch waist with an athletic build. Size 7 fit perfectly.

Soft smooth seemless stretchy fabric!! You will love these!!
This is the most comfortable women's underwear I've ever worn. Soft smooth stretchy fabric causes no friction, no itchy seems or stitching, no lines through clothing. I'm 5'4" 113 lbs, I normally wear a size 0-2 and XS but my boyfriend got me these in the size S and the fit felt to me like XXS, and I was surprised to find the M fits my body type most comfortably. If you want to be comfortable you will not regret purchasing these in one or two sizes larger than you normally wear. I like them so much I got a second set of white, beige, and black so I have 2 pair of each neutral color, and I will probably get a third set. Very happy with these!

Panty Line Alert
This is an update of the below review I wrote when I first got them. After wearing them a few times, I now realize that the stiff elastic band at the top is a problem. If your body has even the slightest amount of softness, it will poke over the top for that disgusting panty line bulge that we all hate. The elastic is so stiff and thick that the contrast with the super soft fabric of the body just doesn't work. Now that I realized that, I don't want to wear them anymore. Looking for a boy short with a soft top edge. I think the VSC "no show" ones used to be great. (BTW, I only washed them in cold water, delicate cycle, drip dry so if they shrunk after that, well what can I say. I have not gained any weight since I first got them, if anything lost a little.) Prior review - first impressions: Nice fit -- truly low waisted If you need a low rise fit on a boy short style panty, this is perfect IMO. Nice and soft, nice and opaque (I got black) -- and most important, they actually fit. I'll revisit this review later after I wash them. If I still like them, I'll buy more.

New favorite panties!
These are my favorite panties now. I typically bought underwear from either costco (those bulk packages) or Victoria's Secret, but these so far are most comfortable to me. They don't give you the dreaded camel toe wedgie, but are also fairly smooth to wear under tight clothing. With thin fabric it might be noticeable, but due to wear the lines land (toward the bottom of the butt), it usually isn't a problem for me. The hem around the leg does seem to twist a little easy on the inner thigh, but it doesn't roll up other than that half-twist. To me, that isn't a problem at all, as it stays down when I'm wearing pants, but it is a little design quirk. They are a sort of spandex-y silky material, though definitely more structured than both. They feel like a substantial material that won't wear out easily. For reference: I'm hourglass-shaped and typically a size 6 in dresses.
