First, I had read reviews about this not working with the flex belt and Inwas concerned about compatibility. This wasn't an issue for me and they work together fine... I bought the flex belt from the company and love it... it's the one with 150 strength settings and the box looks very similar to this box. I really feel a big difference in my abs and core from using the flex belt so I was really excited to use this as my rear and legs are always my problem areas. It isn't as easy to just throw on and do other things but that's not necessarily a drawback as it's expected since so many muscles are stimulated and flexing at the same time... if you are walking around the house doing things you have to STOP when it's active as your entire rear and upper back legs will contract. AND it's not comfortable to sit while using either because sitting stretches the muscles that are being flexed and contracted. For this reason, I haven't used it every day. I will wear it while planking an it adds a whole new dimension! I've used it about 4 out of 7 days and I am SORE... I KNOW it's working my backside because I feel it! It feels exactly like post workout muscle soreness on the rare occasion that I use multiple lower body machines at the gym. The reason I took off a star is because there are only 99 settings, not 150. I tried 99 purely out of curiosity about the max setting and it's max potential... It was tolerable and strong deep contractions but I wonder if it may not be enough after awhile. I'll keep it because I know it's working my muscles. These will NOT burn fat or make you lose weight and if there is an extra layer of fat you won't see the new muscle definition... but you will feel it.

I love this product, it feels so great. I use it while doing kitchen chores or making dinner. I find I have to limit movement when contracting but you get use to the rhythm. Sometime I just put it on and lay on my stomach for 30 mins and read. It did not work originally with my flex belt bmr remote (150 intensity setting) but it works with the slendertone remote that came with my arm equipment. I have seen other people who's worked, either way will only go up to 99 intensity, box says so. I'm already at 75 after 2 weeks but I feel and look tighter.
