I'm glad I purchased this item rather than one made from plastic. I've used it not just for papers but to hold books of three different sizes and bindings. Each has stayed in place and the 'feet' that hold the volume open and keep the pages down have remained in place. The fact that they flip down and out make it easy to insert the book and to turn the pages without damaging them. Definitely worth the price.

Great on my desk to type in letters

I bought 3 different document holders and this is the ONLY one out of the 3 that worked, did what it said it would, is durable/solid, and is perfect for holding paper(s) especially for copy work. I love everything about it! Solid and sturdy, doesn't rock or move. The clip is completely removable so you can place it anywhere which is extremely useful. I appreciate the 7 different positions - this was a big selling point to me because I like to have my paperwork at just the right angle. The two bottom prongs hold the bottom of the paper down - YES this is an amazing feature I didn't even think about but makes this equipment even more superb! I highly recommend this product if you're looking for an excellent product at an affordable price.

This is really handy and works well for papers with lots of lines of info or data. It’s sturdy and easy to reposition. I would give it 5 stars if the clip with ruler was a little stronger. Works well and great for the money.
