I am celiac. Pasta is a rare dish served in our home. Gluten free pasta can be hard to prepare until you master the learning curve. I was so excited when I came across your gluten free cheese tortellini! What a luxury to be able to enjoy a pasta dish without getting sick. Let me tell you, these are DELICIOUS!!!! Pros: Simple to prepare kept shape well great taste Cons: Not enough dry ice in package and came thawed in package after 2 days of shipping (refroze well and didn't change quality)

These are THE BEST, tastiest, most filling, satisfying carb/protein combo you can get --Well Worth the price and the space in your freezer - And I know how boring most GF pasta is - Come on celiacs (and hypoglycemics), support these great products and the price will come down!!! It would be nice if there was dried filled GF Tortellini on the mass market, but I haven't seen any in years, so for most of us, this is it, folks. Some people might even like their Plant-Based Sausage one even better.
