Flying pests defeated
Absolutely amazing. I have lived in my house for nearly 7 years and have never had an issue like what I experienced this summer. Some kind of small moth completely took over a section of my garage right at the door to the house. It seemed like a thousand of these obnoxious flyers appeared out of nowhere. I have pets and I have asthma so using spray killer was out of the question and I'm not sure it would even have worked. In desperation I ordered these pheromone traps. Holy sticky moths! The nasty critters were immediately attracted. The first two I set out as a test were filled within an hour. So I set out five more and now my flying pest problem seems to be completely solved. I will continue use as long as they continue to fly. I am absolutely thrilled with this product. No odor, safe for my pets and family, simple to use, and absolutely 100% effective. Worth every penny.

It works very well! It takes time to work and attract moths! Need to Change once a month. It is very sticky. The set up is easy to do! No smell in this trap. Worth your money! Easy on the eye. You can hang it, set on table, or put in closet. It won’t n interfere with the appearance of your home.

Set Them and Forget Them!
After finding some moth damage on my yarn and nicer sweaters, traps were a must! I've got these traps in closets and over by our washing machine and they don't disappoint. They've caught a lot more moths than I even suspected we were dealing with, highly effectively. They pop together easily, and then you can set and forget them, essentially. They've got a convenient calendar on the back so you can mark when you set the traps out, although I tend to just add a calendar reminder for 90 days away when setting them out, rather than checking that date in the future to figure out if it's time just yet.

They work. ...but do they?
I bought several different brands of Closet Moth Traps to make sure that I had a decent chance of getting a quality product. I purchased: MaxGuard, Ecotastic, Trap-A-Pest, and Dr Killigan’s I even got a pantry moth trap as well, to verify if I had any of those. Amongst 7 rooms (2 bedrooms, 2 closets and 3 bathrooms) I put multiple brands in each room, with each brand in at least 4 different rooms. For 3 months I’d check every trap once a week. Each trap had more moths than the week before (except for the pantry moth trap – the 4 of those I deployed caught one moth just by chance). The numbers of moths caught in each trap were surprising. No brand failed to catch at least 40 on at least one trap. So now I’m moth-free, right? Wrong. These traps lure in just the male moths. So if any male moth happens to mate with a female before being captured, there’s another fresh batch. I’ve been waging moth war for almost 2 years, and use other trap types as well (zappers, etc). There are a lot fewer of them flying around now, but I just can’t knock them out. I also kept some of each brand, and deployed them 1 year after purchase. NONE of those did well. Out of 16 traps, only 5 moths were caught. So I would recommend buying a new batch of traps every 6 months – deploying half right away, and the other half in 3 months. I checked all boxes for a manufacturing date. None had any on the outside. Dr. Killigan’s had one on the inside flap. Dr. Killigan’s also stated they would be good up to 3 years after manufacture (lies). [EDIT] On my re-order of MaxGuard, I see they are now printing an expiration date on the individual foil packet. Roughly 3 years from the date of receipt. [/EDIT] Recommendations: They are all effective if used right away. Buy the one whose price or design you like. My design preference is MaxGuard and Dr. Killigan’s. If you are not having success, maybe your have different kinds of moths. Or you have expired traps. Hints on use for all brands: Write the date on it before you expose the glue. Bend the cardboard at least a little on the creases before exposing the glue – bending it afterward can cause sticky fingers. When pulling the paper off of the glue, start at one corner and firmly pull towards the opposite corner. Pulling from the center of the top makes it more difficult.

Love it!
These work very well. As a bonus, when I've placed them under our beds--our bedroom carpets are wool, and have suffered because of it--it not only has trapped a great number of moths and stopped their attacks on the rugs, but I've found one or two giant Brooklyn cockroaches in the glue on each under-bed trap. I don't think it attracts them, per se, but if they happen to stroll by, it's deadly (and yes, we have an exterminator--but they concentrate on kitchens and bathrooms because water). Great product, and very helpful in the closets and under the beds.

Ineffective
I buy two different brands at a time and put them side by side in the same place and length of time. Of the twelve traps that I used from this brand only one of them caught one moth that I think it got in by accident! They have been totally ineffective for us. You should try it for yourself. One pic added of the two brands after a couple of months next to each other. The one on the right is this brand.

Pricey, but worth it.
I’ve seen 1-2 months in my home each week for 6 months. So annoying. It’s only been 3 hours since this product was delivered and despite the fact that I have seen zero moths today, I’ve already caught 7 in the traps I placed in various rooms in my home. These work great. I’m hopeful I can finally break their life cycle.
