What a life saver these can be. Bought them prior to a trip to the Grand Canyon. After the 1st day, the inevitable blisters had rubbed. After applying one of these it was a relief as to how effective it was to not only protect the area, reducing pain and damage out also how it allowed the blister to heal in a short period of time. These are now a must have in the first aid kit. May be slightly pricey but they are more than worth it.

You can not beat these for blisters. Just put special plasters over blister and leave till comes off of own accord . Cushions blister while repairing it.

I use these during Spartan events and they make a massive difference. They stay on through water, mud, sweat and miles of running. The cushioning takes the pressure off and really helps with both prevention and pain relief if a blister does form mid-race. The mixed sizes are ideal because you never know where a hotspot might pop up. I usually apply them as soon as I feel any rubbing and they hold firm for the rest of the event. If you do any kind of endurance racing or obstacle course events, these are an absolute must. I never race without them now.

If you suffer from blisters then these are a must. There are lots of imitations out there, but they just fall off. Buy cheap buy twice and when you have a blister on a walk that’s the last thing you need. Buying a pack with different sized plasters was a game changer. They also work very well with the Compeed stick to help reduce the risk of blisters.
