Review: I had previously owned a copy of this book but it was sold at a garage sale unbeknownst to me. When I saw that desertcart had the book at such a great price, I couldn't say no. When I was younger, I would simply look at all of the pictures. The photographs throughout the book are astounding. However, when I received this new copy, I actually began to read the book. Each chapter reads almost like a story; chronicling the live of a specific dinosaur. The book is at once informative and entertaining. I would recommend this for any dinosaur enthusiast out there. Whether they are looking for something for their kids or for themselves, this Natural History makes a great addition to anyone's literary collection.

Para ser un libro de 24 años estaba envuelto muy bien, eso sí la caja llegó un poco dañada pero el libro impecable

J'ai acheté la version française de l’ensemble des 7 dvds de cette série de la BBC, Discovery Channel et France TV. Après avoir vu les deux dvd de Walking with Dinosaurs, en me renseignant sur Wikipedia, j'ai appris que Tim Haines, l'auteur de le série avait écrit un livre sur le sujet en complément de la série. Recherche sur Amazon France : je vois qu'il n'était pas en vente en France, mais qu'on pouvait se le procurer sur Market Place pour une somme très modique : moins de 1 € pour une occasion en très bon état. Commandé, expédié d'Angleterre et reçu en quelques jours. Le texte est en anglais mais les très nombreuses photos d'illustration n'ont pas de langues ! Personnellement la lecture en anglais ne me gêne pas, et j'approfondirai mes connaissances en matière de paléontologie. Pour les personnes moins familières de la langue de Shakespeare, il reste un magnifique ouvrage à ranger dans sa bibliothèque. Achat hautement recommandé pour les personnes intéressées par le sujet.
