How long does it take to work ?

It works immediately usually at least for me and my daughter! We both suffer from acid reflux and we take this daily! Cant live without it! Its the best!!!

Long life, but I refrigerate it.

Aloe 80 stomach formula is made by lily of the desert but they also make another stomach formula. what is the difference?

The other one is Aloe Vera Juice and has a lower concentration of the active ingredient. Both work, but this one is more effective.

Does it really work for acid reflux?

Yes, but I use it in conjunction with a few other items such as di Limone. I've been using this combo for several years with no need for a prescription medication. On the rare occasion I have a flare-up, I use Old Amish formula for acid reflux and it knocks it out right away. It contains apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic. The Aloe 80 Stomach formula helps with soothing your esophagus and reduces stomach acid. You can mix it with water or juice, but I use it straight. The Old Amish you can dilute with water. They really work.
