I am new to RJ45 cable construction so at first I was going to return these connectors. None of the cables I made *8 in total) would show all 8 wires connected properly when tested. Stopped and took a break then inspected the last attempt to make a cable. It was then I noticed that the wires were being pushed into the adjoining hole. The insulation was much too thin to work with these connectors using CAT7 SFTP. Using CAT6a STP fixed my issue completely and even though its a touch harder to get the wires to feed into the load bar, the wire sequence can be checked before inserting into the RJ45 and crimping. Havent had a failure since.

These connectors (RJ45 type) configured to accept and work with the larger diameter CAT6 and CAT7 individual solid diameter cables are a reasonable value. It is important to understand the term "pass through". This because when you open the outer jacket of the bundled cable, separate out the individual cable inside in either the "A" or "B" configuration on both ends, and slide them into these connectors (making certain that you slide on the provided cable protector boot first), the wires will pass through and protrude (stick out of) out the end of the connector. This is by design and intended BUT you must have the correct connector compression tool designed to flush cut off the ends while compressing the connection ends.Not having that specific type of tool on hand will both spoil your work day and stop the process. That is unless you have a precise cutter to flush cut the connection ends.Good kit with reasonably well made connectors that provide very good cover and noise suppression for these able and connectors.
