Immaculate So far so good
Reluctant to spend alot of money on a brand new MacBook, I was recommended to look at ‘renewed MacBooks.’ After reading reviews on the various sellers in Amazon, I went ahead and bought one on a 10 month interest free finance deal.Anxiously opened the box (whilst filming it in case of damage that I couldn’t prove), I was pleasantly surprised.The MacBook itself looks brand new and there are no physical signs of damage. It turned on no problem and so far is performing as it should.The only thing I would say is I am not convinced the brand new charger and cable is Apple genuine, but I don’t have an actual Apple MacBook Pro charger to compare it to.I would definitely recommend this seller and really glad I have a pretty much brand new MacBook.

Too damaged for excellent
This laptop has major outside damages and scratches yet it’s written excellent condition , I am returning it immediately , greatly disappointed

Great Refurbished Mac
I was pretty nervous about buying a refurbished Mac that I’d not seen in person, but it came and it felt almost brand new. It had no obvious marks or dents on the body, and it runs so well and fast. The only issue is that the charging cable that came with, wasn’t a UK plug, but a European with a UK adapter. This doesn’t actually charge the Mac and will just power it, so I will have to purchase a compatible AC charger

A Superb Laptop!
Bought as an upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Air and what a difference! It’s fast, the display is crystal clear and the long battery life is a real plus. I really like the touch bar which you can customise from the settings menu. The keyboard is backlit and very smooth. I bought this as a "renewed" item and have to say it’s as good as new. The battery charges to 100% and there’s not a single mark on it, even came with the original Apple box, charger and paperwork. All this and a huge saving on the price of a new one. All in all this is is very powerful, slick laptop and I would advise anyone to check out the "renewed" ones before buying new!

Really really good value for money
The media could not be loaded. Bought this at excellent from dz outlet and it arrived in perfect condition and surprisingly with an authentic 96 watts apple brick and with battery over 90 percent...really fast and everything looks in good working condition and yea I'm satisfied with my purchase.Gracias

Excellent product and service
I took a long time to decide on a refurbished product but my doubts were unfounded. My MacBook came in original packaging and with new original mag safe charger. On opening there was a message inside saying the vendor had upgraded the memory free of charge, thank you so much.The MacBook was in perfect condition so a bargain on the price of new.When booted up I found a password was needed which the vendor supplied by responding quickly to my message.I would definitely recommend buying from these people again.

Best laptop iv had in over 15years
The laptop with the media control panel above keyboard is unreal, battery life I took it camping playing some world of warcraft without charger plugged in and then watched friends stream on discord battery lasted me the whole night honestly couldn't praise it enough. Hadn't a feel like that since I first got a laptop when younger
