These are perfect for multi cat homes or just to keep your kitty's food that little bit fresher if not all eaten right away. There is a training mode (4 Levels) which is brilliant. I bought these as one of my cats has weight issues and I did not want her eating from her foster brother's bowl. They both took to the new feeding trays quickly and are happily nomming down without assistance or coaxing. They are easy to clean, plenty big enough and come with a seperation tray for dry and wet or just one tray if you prefer. The performance action is smooth and very responsive, easy to attach your kitties chip to the dish. It doesn't come with batteries, which for the money I thought was a bit mean as it is an expensive product, especially if you have multiple kitties. It would have been nice if there was a rechargeable battery option or usb charger option but I am very happy with the product overall. Also comes with a warranty.

When your cats have special dietary needs (or you have cats and dogs), this is an easy solution to ensuring only the right cat eats the right food. It is well designed and easy to pick up with a sort of handle. The cat became used to it quickly and due to the design it also eliminates most of the mess that would normally be around the dish. It costs a fair bit but does the job well. One thing to bear in mind is that it does not have the option to plug in and used C size batteries which seem rather uncommon these days compared with AA.

Helps all the cats divide their food but you sure pay a big price for it

This machine was a life savior for me! I have two cats. One isn’t a big eater (Molly), the other is (Mousse). I had to constantly watch Mollys bowl and remove it when she stopped eating. I got them a machine each, this way, no more worries for me. The machines looks great, very nice design and super easy to set up and use. I fill them up twice daily. They are easily cleaned, and they don’t make a lot of noise when they open and close. The only thing I would change is add a power cable to it as they currently only work with batteries and you mig it not always notice when they’re out. They are very expensive machines, but it was worth it for me so now I hope they will last for a long time.

I bought two of these early July for my two cats. I got the impression one was always eating from her sisters dish before eating her own so had no idea what exactly each one was eating. This has solved the problem and helps keep their food fresh and flies off in the hot weather we’ve been having. I now know exactly who is eating what….. and it isn’t at all what I had thought. Mine like to graze so stays fresh until their next feed. It took them a few days on training mode but as no other food was available they had no problems adapting. I recommend 100%. Very handy if one is taking medication via food too. One cat has learned how to for e. her sisters feeder open to steal her food. After being shut in somewhere for a month was desperate for food. Maybe manufacturer could reflect on this issue

Fantastic if you know how to use it but you could get the same quality for cheaper elsewhere.

I have 3 cats with, 2 with special diets. This has stopped them eating each others food. Cats learnt straightaway. I no longer have any stress at feeding times.

I have an older cat who likes to free feed, but the naughty young cat has been scoffing her dinner when she isn't about. This feeder was really easy to set up and my cat got used to it very quickly. In the end we ditched the training mode because the movement was startling her. She was fine with the smooth movement of the full working mode. It is quiet in use, which is good. People think I'm mad for spending £100 on a feeder but it has resolved one area of conflict, so we're all happy.
