Very helpful for rigging. These are good quality, and they clamp on tight. These have metal tightening tabs, which is a must. Stay away from the ones with plastic tabs, I've seen a ton of those break.

These have come in handy to mount various devices to my camera. I use them to attach an adjustable arm for my DJI lidar to a nato rail. Also to attach a smallrig SSD holder to my camera.
